This spacious performance cruising yacht, a Tom Fexas hull design, is a live aboard-cruiser dream come true. She is a three stateroom with ensuite heads layout that is perfect for Island hopping or lounging on the hook in some quiet spot. The cockpit has a bait prep station and an abundance of space for fishing, diving or any water sports activity. The aft deck is very comfortable with a table, 6 chairs and 2 stools just perfect for evening cocktails or early morning breakfast. One enters her massive open salon that provides an unobstructed view from the aft doors to the forward windows. Totally expansive salon with windows on the aft end that are opening as well as two pilothouse doors forward provide great natural cross ventilation. There is a custom L shaped settee with tons of storage underneath located to port as one enters the main salon from the aft deck. To starboard are three very comfortable swivel chairs. There is a TV entertainment center located on the starboard side of the salon. The window treatments are horizontal pleated shades and compliment the light stained ash wood interior.
Going forward, one immediately notices that with a lack of steps "Out of Braddock" is a wonderful flush deck model. Very easy on the knees and backs. The galley is separated from the main salon by a countertop that forms part of the U shaped galley. There are 2 Sub-Zero under counter refrigerators and one Sub-Zero freezer located on the aft side of the galley. The refrigerators, freezer and Princess 3 burner electric stove all have face plates with matching wood. Large amounts of storage in the galley and in the buffet located to starboard. In this buffet is located the Scottsman ice maker and the beverage refrigerator. You'll never have a shortage of ice as she produces 24 lbs. of ice/24 hours. There is also a Sharp microwave, Duomo coffeemaker that does regular, espresso, and steams milk for cappuccino. This galley comes complete with dishes, glasses, and silverware. All it needs is food. The 360 degree view is spectacular.
The helm station is located all the way forward and has incredible visibility and is very user friendly. The owners, who are the second owners, have every manual for all equipment on board this yacht, stored below the settee located to the aft section of the pilothouse. A Stidd helmsman seat will make you comfortable while commanding your yacht and guests can lounge on the settee aft of the helm seat and still be assured of a wonderful view. There are two pilothouse doors allowing for great cross ventilation while on the hook
Forward and down the stairs to the spacious living quarters. Forward one finds the traditional V-berth cabin. This comfortable cabin has abundant storage as well as it's own full head with separate shower. This head is quite functional as an easy to reach day head. There are opening port lights with an overhead hatch.
<
Continuing further aft, the next stateroom has twin berths and is located on the port side of he yacht. Large port lights provide ample day light. A full head with separate shower stall completes this guest suite.
Continuing aft one finds two large closets located in the hallway between the twin guest suite and the master suite. The first one is a very substantial sized linen locker and the second one is sufficiently large enough to add a washer and dryer to it. There is plumbing easily reached to facilitate this upgrade.
The master suite is aft and is located forward of the rear engine room and features a full king berth on centerline. There are full head and shower to starboard, and a full bank of closets and dressers on the port side. A large dressing table and vanity is on the forward bulkhead of the cabin. Wood cabinetry is finished in stained ash paneling. There are also two built in safes. With the large port lights, this cabin has lots of natural light and amazing storage.
